Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel license purchases and pending orders on CodeMynt License Manager. We aim to make the process simple and transparent.

Cancellation Before Payment Confirmation

If your payment has not been confirmed or processed, you may cancel your order at any time without any charges. This applies to:

  • Bank Transfer orders: If you have not completed the bank transfer, the pending order will be automatically cancelled after 7 days
  • UPI payments: If the UPI payment was not completed, no charges apply
  • Abandoned checkout: Orders that are not completed at checkout are not charged

No cancellation fee is charged for orders that have not been paid or confirmed.

Cancellation After Payment

Once payment has been successfully processed and your license has been activated:

  • The order cannot be "cancelled" in the traditional sense
  • You may request a refund under our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee)
  • Upon refund approval, your license will be deactivated and all domain activations revoked

License Renewal Cancellation

For licenses with a renewal period (annual licenses):

  • Licenses do not auto-renew — you must manually purchase a renewal
  • If you choose not to renew, your license will expire on the expiration date
  • After expiration, domain activations will be deactivated after the grace period (7 days)
  • Your data and license history remain in your account for future reference

Account Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your entire account:

  1. Contact our support team via the Support Center or email
  2. All active licenses must be resolved (expired, refunded, or transferred)
  3. Your account data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted
  4. Any remaining active licenses will be deactivated upon account deletion

Note: Account cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone after the 30-day retention period.

Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellation is not possible in the following cases:

  • Licenses that have been used in production environments for more than 30 days
  • Custom or enterprise licenses with special terms
  • Licenses obtained through promotional offers marked as "non-refundable"

How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation:

  1. Log in to your customer dashboard
  2. Navigate to Support Center and open a new ticket
  3. Select "Cancellation Request" as the subject
  4. Include your license key and reason for cancellation
  5. Our team will process your request within 1-2 business days
