By accessing or using CodeMynt License Manager ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

License and Usage
License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software modules according to the license type purchased:
- Single Domain License: Permits installation on one domain only
- Multi-Domain License: Permits installation on multiple domains as specified
- Unlimited License: Permits installation on unlimited domains
Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our software without authorization
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose
- Share your license key with unauthorized parties
- Attempt to bypass or disable license verification
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payments and Refunds
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change. Prices do not include taxes, which may be added at checkout where applicable.
Payment Processing
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and other payment providers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products:
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Technical issues must be reported to support before requesting a refund
- Refunds are not available after license activation on production domains
Updates and Support

Your license includes access to software updates for the duration specified in your license agreement. Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, and new features.
Technical Support
Support is provided through our ticket system. Response times depend on your license type and the nature of your inquiry. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CodeMynt License Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a license to use it in connection with providing the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
- Involves fraudulent or illegal activity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. License keys may be revoked for violations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeMynt License Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or errors
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
