30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will be considered in the following situations:
- The software does not function as described in the product documentation
- Critical bugs or defects that prevent normal use and cannot be resolved by our support team
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Unauthorized charges (subject to investigation)
- The module does not meet the requirements stated on the product page
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after the 30-day guarantee period
- The buyer changed their mind or no longer needs the product
- The buyer's server or hosting environment does not meet the stated minimum requirements
- Issues caused by third-party software, plugins, or modifications
- The license has been used to activate domains and the module has been deployed in production
- Violation of our Terms of Service
Refund Process

- Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may ask for additional information or attempt to resolve the issue.
- Decision: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request via email.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Stripe (Credit/Debit Card): Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days
- PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account within 3-5 business days
- Razorpay: Refunded to original payment source within 5-7 business days
- UPI: Refunded to the UPI-linked bank account within 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: Refunded via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, such as:
- When a significant portion of the refund period has elapsed
- When the product has been partially used or deployed
- When only a specific feature or component is non-functional
License Deactivation
Upon approval of a refund:
- Your license key will be immediately deactivated
- All domain activations associated with the license will be revoked
- You must remove the module from all installations
- Continued use of the software after a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service
